Our Wine Mission- Over
3000 years ago Holy scriptures known as the “Vedas” made mention
of “ Som Ras”, Nectar of the Gods, the Gods were depicted with Silver
Wine Goblets in their hands partaking of this nectar. Many years later
we feel the same way about the wines we present to you.
A lot of time, effort and consumption
of a great amount of Indian food have gone into our selection and pairings
of these wines. Each and every one of them is handpicked to pair with
the flavors and spices of our food for your enhanced dining experience.
From the cool coastal region
of Nashik in India to the rocky slopes of the Pfalz region in Germany
we have picked a wide spectrum of Whites, Rose’s and Reds to match
our food yet maintaining a reasonable price point. We feel a good bottle
of wine should complement your meal and not “break the bank” as
it were.
So please feel free
to ask your server for a taste if a wine what intrigues
you, go ahead and order a bottle or two and enjoy!
